A robust, optimized safezone management system for RedM using the `ox_lib` zones API providing complete protection for players, mounts, and vehicles.

• Combat Mitigation: Disables player firing, clears combat controls, forces unarming, and interrupts aiming/attacking tasks.

• Speed Control & Stabilization:

  • Clamps player foot speed, sprint controls, and movement ratios.

  • Hard-clamps horse and vehicle velocities upon entering a zone to prevent players from crashing through at high speeds.

  • Disables horse sprinting, galloping, and extra urge controls inside the zone.

• Invincibility: Native entity and player invincibility with auto-clearing of blood damage upon entry.
